We are a small independant company and pride ourselves in our speedy despatch. For all in stock orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) we aim to despatch your goods the same day. Standard delivery in the UK is a Royal Mail 2nd class service.
Please note, standard deliveries can take up to 7 working days to be delivered, depending on exact delivery location and delivery capacity of Royal Mail network.
Once despatched from our warehouse, your order is in the hands of our couriers/Royal Mail. Although most orders reach their desination in the suggested time frames, there can be delays within their networks that are beyond our control.

We offer next working day or next working day before 1pm for all orders received by 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday. Delivery cannot be guaranteed at weekends or Bank Holidays, and the delivery will be made on the next working day.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely happy with your shoes, simply return them straight back to us in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of purchase for a ‘no questions asked’ replacement or refund.
We understand that it is not always easy to obtain the correct size and fitting by Mail Order, and so we offer a FREE Returns Service for customers within the UK, which enables you return the shoes within 14 days if they are not suitable using the Royal Mail Returns Service - simply follow the instructions included with your order.
There is no carriage charge on replacements within the UK, so you can order in confidence knowing that it will not cost you extra if you have not ordered the correct size.
If you do not require a replacement, you can request a full refund of the cost of your returned items.
Please note we are not able to refund your initial postage and packaging costs nor are we able to refund postage costs on items returned using another carrier. Please use our pre-paid returns label.
